Human Design - journey into the sacral response

A must for every Generator who wants to explore his / her inner response by letting the sounds from inside decide if the answer to a question is going to be yes, no or don't know (at this moment!!!). The author takes us on her extreme journey to live by the answer of sacral response. To not initiate / manifest when every cell in her body cries to get in ACTION. Read it and find out if you are willing to go on that journey also? If you are ready to change your life forever. According to human design it will take 7 years to change the information stored in our cells. This book is an inspiration and major pain: am I willing to do this? Can I do it? What will I find out about me, myself and I? Did I live my whole life according to the conditioning 'forced on me' of all people around me? Will I really have a much better life once I am going to live according to my human design???

Can help if you know HUMAN DESIGN

This book is a journal of a woman
it's not "literature".
She writes about an experiment in the process of a method
called Human Design.
Its a great help if you are a Generator type in your Human design.
I find it inspiring as a beginner Generator.
I am sure it's an inspiring book for another type.
I will defently read it again.

A story about living as a Generator

Great book for anyone wanting to know more about how to live as a Generator. This book won't tell you what Human Design is, but it will give you an example of how to follow your sacral response, and what potential pitfalls to avoid.
I'm a 4/6 Emotional Generator. While Mary Ann is a pure Generator, I still found this book immensely useful, and enjoyed the bits about surrender and trusting life.
So if you're new to Human Design and don't know what I'm talking about, you may want to put this book off until later. I'd recommend The Definitive Book of Human Design by Ra Uru Hu and Lynda Bunnell.
But if you're a Generator, or someone who wants to learn more about Generators, this is a worthwhile read.
